So clearly, economic activities are growing (highest GST collection) & debt recovery is better along with better fiscal discipline These are very positive signs. Pandemic is not over by any means. it will be over only when we achieve atleast 50 % of vaccinations that's is approx. 65 Crore (today we are at 20 Crore) . So we may need to wait for end of this year for that. Currently Sensex is riding high on FII. there will be some market correction waiting in the wings.. but Economy is reviving ... overall market will move on positive side if you have invested in good stocks / other instruments, stay invested. As we have explained in Chapter 11, it had no regulatory approval to do so. In its hurry to grab revenues, NSE put together a patchwork solution with many holes. It was a system readymade for misuse, and some brokers quickly realised this with the help of NSE’s favoured advisers. “NSE’s management of HFT servers in the initial years until 2013 (which are the subject of the whistle-blower’s letter) may need a detailed review by SEBI or an investigation agency,” said Sucheta’s government source, off-the-record. In fact, RBI’s Financial Stability Report, released in June 2015, also identified algo trading as an area of concern with a detailed discussion. Clearly hidden from the public were NSE’s deep links with bureaucrats in New Delhi. NSE was confident that its attempt to steamroller us with a defamation case would be fully backed up by North Block, while SEBI maintained its usual silence. आता जे चीन मध्ये घडताना पाहतोय त्याचा अंदाज मला २०१५ मध्येच आला होता. त्यावेळी मी दिलेला प्रतिसाद खाली देत आहे:- खफ वर ज्या चायनिज घोस्ट सिटीज बद्धल लिहल्र होत आणि ज्या चायनिज रिअल इस्टेटचा बबल फुटण्याच्या मार्गावर आहे असं म्हंटल होत त्याच प्रत्यंतर वरच्या चायना दुव्यात दिसुन येत आहे ! काही दिवसांनी हीच गोष्ट चायनीज बँक्स बद्धल ऐकायला मिळाली तरी नवल वाटणार नाही ! हा फुगा आता Evergrande च्या स्वरुपात आपण फुटताना पाहत आहोत आणि अनुभवत देखील आहोत.

गेल्या वीस वर्षात कुठलाही ५ वर्षाचा पिरिअड घ्या .. मार्केट हे वरच गेले आहे. हे विधान चुकीचे आहे. २००७-२००९ ग्लोबल फायनॅशिअल क्रायसिसचे विस्मरण झाले काय ? हा कालावधी गेल्या २० वर्षातीलच आहे. आत्ता जे मार्केट आपल्याला दिसते त्याचे मूळ कारण अगदी सोप्या भाषेत सांगायचे झाले तर Alan Greenspan put = Ben Bernanke put = Janet Yellen put = Jerome Powell put. थोडक्यात Federal Reserve [ Fed ] put. मी चेंडु आकाशात टोलवला की तो फार उंचावर जातो... तो खाली आला की मी परत त्याला टोलावुन वर पाठवतो... असे बर्‍याचदा केले की एक वेळ अशी येते जेव्हा त्याला वर टोलवणे मला शक्य होत नाही आणि गुरुत्वाकर्षण त्याचे बळ दाखवुन त्या चेंडुला जमिनीवर आणते. तस्मात रिटर्न्स जरी मिळत असले तरी या मार्केटला कोणताही ठोस आधार नाही, एक वर्षात मार्केट ४८% जेव्हा रिटर्न देत आहे तेव्हा सगळी आजुबाजुची परिस्तिती उत्तम असली पाहिजे. परंतु वास्तविकतेत ते तसे नाही हे सर्वांनाच ठावुक आहे, लोकांच्या नोकर्‍या मोठ्या प्रमाणात गेल्या आहेत. करोनामुळे अनेक लोकांचे काय अनेक देशांचे वाटोळे झालेले आहे. महामारीच्या काळात मार्केट येड्या सारखे पळते आहे हेच या मार्केट पासुन लांब राहण्याचे संकेत दर्शवतात, तसेच हे मार्केट बेसलेस रनवर आहे हे सत्य देखील उघड करतात. असो... जाता जाता :-

तुमचं कामकाज याच क्षेत्रात आहे का? नाही.२००७-०८ चा इकोनॉमिक क्रायसिस फार जवळुन अनुभवला,माझ्या बरोबर काम करणार्‍याला कंपनीने त्या वेळी नारळ दिला होता. तेव्हा जगात असे काय घडले ज्याचा इतका विपरित परिणाम झाला ? ते मला समजेना आणि तेव्हा पासुन या आर्थिक विषयावर वाचण्यास सुरुवात केली. उद्यापासून कोरोना निर्बंध दूर होतील तर कारखानदारी,उत्पादन,परिवहन,पर्यटन पुर्ववत होण्यास किती महिने लागतील? या प्रश्नाचे उत्तर सोप्पे नाही आणि आपण जो काळ बघतो आहोत तो फार विचित्र आहे. करोना + रशिया आणि युक्रेन प्रॉक्सी वॉर याचे भयंकर परिणाम झाले आहेत आणि होतील. दुसर्‍या महायुद्धा नंतर प्रथमच इतकी अस्थिरता आपण अनुभवत असुन रोज नव्या घडणार्‍या घटना यात भर टाकत आहेत. अगदी ताजं उदाहरण द्यायचं झाल तर पुतीन आणि त्यांचे जवळचे महत्वाचे लष्करी सहकारी न्यूक्लिअर बंकर मधुन आता ऑपरेट करत आहेत [ बहुतेक त्यांचे लोकेशन सायबेरिया असल्याचे सांगितले आहे.] एखाद्या राष्ट्राचा राष्ट्र प्रमुख जेव्हा अशी कृती करतो तेव्हा ती सामान्य स्थिती दर्शवत नाही. असो... जाता जाता :- जर तुम्ही सध्य स्थितीत आजुबाजुला पाहत असाल... आणि बातम्यांचे विश्लेषण करत असाल तर लक्षात येईल की सध्य स्थिती ही अग्नी प्रकोपाची आहे. अनेक महत्वाच्या ठिकाणी आगी लागणाच्या घटना घडल्या आहेत आणि स्फोट घडुन आले आहेत... तेव्हा आगी पासुन सांभाळुन !

Infrastructure मजबूत असेल तर देश खऱ्या अर्थाने मजबूत असतो. सिंचन व्यवस्था,रस्ते,वीज,कायदा सुव्यवस्था. दुसऱ्या देशावर कमी अवलंबून असणे. हे सर्व असणे गरजेचे आहे. पेट्रोल,डिझेल ल आता पर्यंत बायो इंधनाचा पर्याय उभा राहिला पाहिजे होता. विकास म्हणजे फक्त शहरी भकास पण अशीच कल्पना विकास ची असल्या मुळे आपला देश पण संकटात सापडू शकतो. अजून पण बेसिक infrastructure पण देशाच्या विवध भागात नाही.
